Salary: c£29,500 + Overtime
Shift patterns: Includes some weekends

Our client provides premium catering solutions for the global travel industry. As a Commis Chef, you will help prepare and cook high-quality meals to strict specifications for thousands of daily travellers.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present meals to exact quality standards.
* Support the wider chef brigade with high-volume production.
* Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow strict food safety/HACCP rules.
* Manage stock rotation and general kitchen duties.
Your Skills & Experience
* Previous professional kitchen experience as a Chef.
* NVQ Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent).
* Fully knife-trained with good numeracy and English skills.
* Ability to work early mornings and weekends.
* Must be able to provide a 5-year checkable history for background clearance
