We’re looking for a driven recruiter who thrives on a fast-paced temp desk. You don’t need education experience — if you’ve smashed temp recruitment in ANY sector and want to step up into a future leadership role, this is your opportunity.
This isn’t just another desk. It’s a chance to join a high-potential branch at exactly the right moment and grow into management as the team continues to scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll run a full 360 temp desk within the education sector — but don’t worry if you’re new to education; if you’ve ever thrived on a fast-paced temp desk (industrial, healthcare, commercial, hospitality, construction… anything!), you’ll be right at home.
* Building relationships with schools, education professionals, and/or healthcare clients
* Growing your desk using smart, modern, creative marketing tools
* Winning new business and nurturing existing accounts
* Driving candidate attraction and retention
* Ensuring compliance and safeguarding best practices
* Working closely with our growing sales team and adding your unique strengths to the mix
* Being part of a high-performing, ambitious environment where progression is encouraged
