Roles and Responsibilities:
7. Accept deliveries from suppliers, couriers, internal transfers and Check delivery documentation (e.g. delivery notes, packing lists) against physical deliveries.
8. Inspect received goods for damage, quantity discrepancies, or quality issues and immediately Log and report any damages or non-conformances
9. Label and tag items with appropriate part numbers and descriptions.
10. Maintain accurate records of received goods and their locations.
11. Conduct stock counts
12. Safely move and store materials in correct locations within the warehouse or production areas.
13. Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, or other handling equipment as required.
14. Support the Quality Department by quarantining and tagging any suspect goods.
Requirements
15. Proven background in stores or warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment
16. Experience driving a FLT.
17. Computer literate, with experience using inventory or ERP systems
18. Strong Goods In / Goods Out experience, including booking in materials and managing stock accuracy.
