As an HGV Technician, you will play a pivotal role in preparing vehicles for MOT and conducting diagnostics for vehicles and trailers.
Responsibilities:
* Performing repair, service and maintenance, focusing on HGVs.
* Addressing Trailers and LGVs in accordance with depot procedures.
* Thoroughly documenting tasks completed in job sheets and inspection sheets.
Requirements:
* Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
* Qualification in HGV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance at Level 3 NVQ, City and Guilds 1,2,3 or equivalent.
* Experience in onsite inspections and responding to breakdowns would be Preferred.
* HGV 1 licence would be beneficial.
* Valid driving licence.
Shift:
* Monday -Friday: 8am - 6pm
* Alternate Saturdays: 7am -12pm
* Free parking at depot (if needed)
* Overtime Availability
