MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATION Hours: 09:00-17:00 Pay: £13.46ph You will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service and the administration for allocated key accounts within the warehouse. Core Requirements: Responsible for data entry and updating systems, and keeping all documentation accurate and organised Coordinate transportation details and advise the appropriate department and teams on delays or problems that arise Report and provide the correct documentation for shipment to customers Resolve customer queries and complaints following an escalation process as needed. Liaise between the hauliers and the customer, providing excellent customer service. To be aware of the requirements and conditions concerning the transportation of Hazardous Material / Dangerous Goods Classes. Monitoring performance of parcel carriers, escalating discrepancies promptly. Cover other Administrator roles during their absence Support the development of colleagues and new team members by providing coaching and on-the-job training as required. Collate and present KPI data as requested by the management team Collaborate as part of a busy team working to set distribution deadlines Contribute to and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures Apply financial awareness to customer invoices to ensure correct reimbursement is received for all costs incurred. Schedule deliveries, waive orders and liaise with customers on any stock issues. Participate in activities to look for efficiencies in the company's delivery for customers. Undertake any other duties as requested by their line manager, commensurate with the role About You What you'll need to succeed:?
