Business Development Manager – Water Coolers
Location: London, Hatfield, Enfield, Romford, Brentwood, Dartford, Sevenoaks, Croydon, Bromley, Staines, Slough, Windsor, High Wycombe, Uxbridge, Crawley, St Albans, Luton, Guildford.
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 base Realistic OTE £42,000 – £60,000 but is Uncapped and paid monthly, company car, Pension, plus other Benefits.

As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding HoReCa division.
The Role
Business Development Manager you’ll be responsible for driving growth by selling water cooler solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This role is a mix of 70% new business generation and 30% account management/customer service. You’ll be supported by a dedicated telesales colleague and operate within a focused ‘mini-team’.
Key responsibilities include:
* Selling Bottled and POU water coolers to new and existing SME clients
* Cold calling – collecting 20+ business cards per day, generating and attending 1–2 qualified leads daily
* Proactively managing and growing your own sales pipeline
* Conducting on-site surveys for plumbing suitability
* Maintaining and developing a portfolio of key accounts, reducing churn and maximising opportunities
* Logging all activity in the CRM, updating the database daily
* Handling customer queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention
