About the Role: As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will work closely with students who have a variety of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and emotional or behavioural difficulties. You will provide tailored support in and outside of the classroom, helping students to engage with their learning, develop life skills, and reach their full potential.
