IamlookingforaSeniorManagedServicesEngineerwithdeeptechnicalexpertiseinVMwareCloudFoundation(VCF),VMwareNSX,andVeeamBackup&ReplicationtojoinourdynamicManagedServicesteam.Youllberesponsiblefordeliveringexceptionalsupportandservicetoourenterpriseclients,ensuringhighavailability,performance,andreliabilityacrosshybridcloudinfrastructures.
Thisroleisidealforaself-drivenprofessionalwhothrivesinbothindependentandcollaborativeenvironmentsandiscomfortableengagingdirectlywithcustomers.Youllbepartofagrowingteamdedicatedtoprovidingproactivesupportandcontinuousimprovementacrossourmanagedserviceofferings.
KeyResponsibilities
DeliveroperationalsupportandadministrationofVMwareCloudFoundation(VCF)stacks,ensuringavailability,performance,andsecurity.
Configure,manage,andtroubleshootVMwareNSXformicro-segmentation,edgeservices,andvirtualnetworking.
OperateandenhanceVeeamBackup&Replicationplatformsfordataprotection,recovery,anddisasterrecovery(DR)acrosson-premandhybridworkloads.
Manageincidents,servicerequests,andchangecontrolsviastandardITIL-basedprocesses.
Leadandparticipateinrootcauseanalysisforinfrastructure-relatedincidentsandissues.
Maintainandupdatedetailedtechnicaldocumentationandconfigurationrecords.
Actasaseniorpointofcontactforcustomers,attendingregularoperationalmeetingsandprovidingupdatesonongoingservicedeliveryandimprovements.
Collaboratecloselywithconsultants,servicemanagers,andothertechnicalteamstodeliverseamlesssupport.
Participateinout-of-hourssupportrotation,asrequired.
