Behaviour SEN Graduate Support - The Role:
* Excellent PRU in Oldham
* Support pupils with challenging behaviour
* Assist those with additional needs
* Promote positive behaviour and mental health
* 1:1 / small group intervention sessions
* Monitor student progress
* Ability to cater for an array of different educational needs
Behaviour SEN Graduate Support - Key Information:
* PRU in Oldham (OL8)
* Daily rate of £90-£110 per day, term time only
* Full time, Monday - Friday school hours
* Excellent SLT and SEN team
Behaviour SEN Graduate Support - Person Specification:
* 2.1 or 1st class degree
* Personable and role model figure required
* Previous work experience supporting young people with behavioural difficulties is essential
* Supportive and inspiring personality
* Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
