Job Description:

Hays Recruitment is working with one of their exclusive clients on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner to join their team in a permanent role. This is a fabulous organisation with a great culture across their organisation. The role offers a hybrid working approach, but the ability to support managers within your division, delivering on a wide range of HR activities and line management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

* Lead and manage complex ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practices and employment law.
* Support managers within your remit
* Support with development and implementation of HR projects
* Develop and deliver staff training
* Oversee analytics and reporting
* Line management responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate experience in the following:

* Working in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partnering model previously
* Experience managing direct reports
* UK Driving licence
* CIPD qualified
* Up-to-date Employment Law knowledge
* Experience managing complex ER Cases
