We're hiring an intermediate Adobe Illustrator logo editor for a long-term, high-volume role focused on cleaning up existing high school mascot / sports logos. This is not a design-from-scratch or redraw role—these are cleanup-only edits with SVG as the required output.
You'll have access to our internal system to pull logos and assign work to yourself, complete edits in Illustrator, and submit SVG deliverables back into our system for internal review.

Rate: $5–$10/hour (based on speed + accuracy)
Hours: 30–40 hours/week (flexible, but consistent availability expected)
Time overlap: Must have 2–3 hours overlap with US Eastern Time

What you'll do
Clean up existing logos in Adobe Illustrator (vector hygiene and polish)
Common tasks include:
- Fixing/joining paths, removing stray points, simplifying anchors
- Improving curve smoothness and symmetry where applicable
- Correcting alignment and spacing (objects and text)
- Ensuring shapes are clean/closed and export-ready
- Finalizing and exporting clean SVGs following our criteria
Work is batch/high-volume. Logos range from very simple to moderately complex (many parts), but typically quick.
Typical time per logo: ~2–25 minutes depending on complexity.
Requirements (must-have)
- Strong Adobe Illustrator skills for vector cleanup (pen tool, direct selection, pathfinder/shape builder, simplify, joining paths, clean exports)
- Experience working with logos/mascots or similarly detailed vector artwork
- Comfortable producing SVG-only deliverables consistently
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established cleanup criteria
- Reliable and able to work 30–40 hrs/week with 2–3 hrs ET overlap
- Comfortable working in an internal system where you self-assign tasks
Nice-to-have
- Prior work cleaning sports/mascot-style art (lots of shapes, outlines, small details)
- Fast but precise workflow; ability to maintain quality at volume
Our workflow
- You log into our system, pull logos, and assign them to yourself
- You complete edits in Illustrator and submit the final SVG
- We do an internal review in our system and provide feedback if needed
Interview / evaluation process
Short interview where we'll:
- Walk you through our current process
- Watch how you approach cleaning up 1–2 sample logos
- Confirm speed, accuracy, and consistency with SVG output
How to apply
