Secondary schools in Kingston upon Thames are working alongside Tradewind looking for committed and flexible Cover Supervisors to join their team. You'll be covering a range of subjects, delivering pre-planned lessons, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
Key Duties:
* Leading classroom activities in line with provided plans
* Supporting students' learning and progress
* Maintaining discipline and following school behaviour policies
* Providing feedback to teaching staff
Essential Skills:
* Strong communication and classroom presence
* Reliability and adaptability
* Previous experience with young people
* An up-to-date DBS
