1. Support the development and execution of trade marketing activity, execute the B2B marketing plan ensuring retailers are fully supported with compelling promotional campaigns, POS, and communications that drive sales and strengthen brand presence
2. Leverage data and insights to optimise promotional effectiveness, improve retailer engagement, and maximise commercial outcomes
3. Ensure brand consistency and commercial effectiveness across all customer touchpoints by leading cross-functional collaboration

Key Accountabilities:
4. Support the Trade Marketing Manager in the delivery and governance of the promotional calendar, ensuring all campaigns are executed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget
5. Support the trade marketing team with administrative tasks, project coordination, and campaign tracking
B2B
6. Support the B2B trade marketing agenda, including the development and distribution of retailer-facing assets, management of trade platforms (e.g., SPAR and WSD PWA portals, newsletters, email communications), and partner engagement initiatives
7. Create a compelling B2B proposition for retailers based on the B2C activity, ensuring alignment with consumer-facing campaigns to deliver consistency across all channels
8. Direct the development and distribution of B2B and B2C marketing assets, both printed and digital, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business priorities
POS
9. Oversee the creation, implementation, and compliance of in-store Point of Sale (POS) materials across the store network, including shelf-edge labels, signage, and promotional displays, for both BR and BTP
10. Manage relationships with print suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of POS materials
11. Be the first point of contact with queries relating to POS and Promotions for internal stakeholders
12. Workflow control of the POS related codes for POS kits, updates to the POS master, quantities and contents, delivery timelines, booking in information, and allocation lists
13. Partner with creative teams and internal stakeholders (including trading, logistics, sales and operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing services

Key knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required
19. Experience in the creation, distribution, and compliance monitoring of in-store price POS and business partner marketing materials
20. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
21. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
22. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools for sales analysis
23. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment
24. Attention to detail ensuring accurate record keeping and compliance with delivery schedules
