DM Account Manager – Client Services

We're looking for an
Account Manager
(or strong Account Executive ready to take the next step) to take ownership of client accounts and campaigns, delivering exceptional service while spotting opportunities for growth. You'll be the go-to person for clients, working closely with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with maximum impact.
What you'll do:
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
* Manage accounts and campaigns from start to finish.
* Identify growth opportunities through smart, commercial thinking.
* Challenge processes, drive efficiencies, and champion new ideas.
* Support and inspire colleagues as a role model within the team.
What we're looking for:
* Knowledge of the direct mail industry.
* Proven client management experience.
* Experience in managing direct mail campaigns.
* Strong communicator with commercial acumen.
* A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a site based role in Dagenham, Essex.
