Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and maintain and support the administration of the group health, safety, and environmental management systems.
About The Role
Key responsibilities include:
Document Management
* Policies
* Procedures
* Risk Assessments
* COSHH assessments
* Training presentations
Coordinate Dates For
* Six monthly depot audits
* Training dates and requirements
* Internal training days
Portal Management
* RISQS
* ISO 45001
* Achilles
* Safe Contractor Online
Wini (Our in house intranet)
* Updating Safety alerts
* Keep insurance up to date
* Ensure H&S documents are the up-to-date versions
* Accreditations
Subcontractor Comms
* Issue safety alerts
* Organise inductions and re‑inductions
* Incident Investigations
* Have a single point of contact for all incident notifications and ensure the appropriate advisor is notified.
* Ensuring agreed actions from investigations are recorded and closed out.
General office duties
* Taking minutes at meetings
* Performing proofreading of reports and documents
* Organising travel and accommodation for Head of H&S
* Recording completed training and updating PIB
* Collating Evotix data and summary reports to Head of H&S
* Maintaining accident incident statistics and collating monthly updates on incidents
* Maintaining RAMs briefing records and staff training numbers
Other Tasks
* Assisting with PQQs, accreditations and registrations
* Any other duties as may be agreed from time to time
* Any tasks the Group head of Health & Safety deems necessary and appropriate for the role
Who We Are Looking For
Ideally you will have experience in a similar role or have supported a H&S team; as a minimum we would love someone who has excellent communication skills, a high level of organisation and can manage a busy workload autonomously. You should be enthusiastic, driven and have a good administration background.

Required Criteria
* IT literate — Word and Outlook are essential
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to proof read documents
* High level of organisation
