Customer Service Advisor
Utility Bidder, a leader in the energy consultancy industry, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Corby. The role involves being the main point of contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about energy contracts, and addressing client concerns.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Resolving customer issues efficiently to enhance their experience with our services.
2. Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and updating client information.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Contributing to process improvements based on customer feedback.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric outlook.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer literacy.
6. Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for learning.
