My client is a leading provider of M and E building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification client base with tailored and bespoke technical engineering solutions.
A Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and reactive/breakdown repairs to air conditioning systems and equipment to include VRV, VRF, Splits, Cooling systems and AHU and FCU within a number of commercial/corporate buildings and industrial facilities located throughout the Manchester area.
In addition to the air conditioning aspect of the position the successful candidate will also carry out general building services tasks to include fabric maintenance and basic plumbing as is required.
Candidate Requirements
* City and Guilds and/or NVQ in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration
* City and Guilds F:Gas (CAT 1)
* Recognised Air Conditioning/Refrigeration/HVAC apprenticeship
* Driving License
* DBS cleared or the ability to clear a DBS

* Company Van i.e. Ford Connect (Reasonable personal use permitted)
* Call:out rota 1 : 6
* Call:out runs from Friday : Friday
* Call:out paid at GBP70 a week
* Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 16.30 with a 30:minute lunch break Friday 08:00 to 15:30
* Overtime : Saturday after 12.00 and Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays is double time.
