Role: Learning Support Assistant
* Support students with additional needs
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Assisting teaching staff with lesson resources, pupil progress and classroom management
Requirements:
* Experience in supporting secondary-aged students.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* A pro-active approach to support young people overcome barriers to learning.
