Pay: £15 per hour
Location: Scotland – Based in Edinburgh or Eurocentral (occasional travel between both)
Industry: Facilities Management (FM experience beneficial)
Key Requirements:
* Strong Excel skills (essential)
* Quick learner with the ability to meet tight deadlines
* Prior experience in a financial/commercial administrative role
* Experience in Facilities Management industry is advantageous
Responsibilities:
* Provide general commercial and administrative support to the team
* Manage monthly invoicing, accruals, prepayments, and financial schedules
* Track and report on WIP and debt movements
* Liaise with supply chain on invoicing and payment queries
* Ensure invoice validation and payment in line with policy
* Maintain accurate financial records and reports
* Support in KPI delivery and perform ad-hoc admin tasks
Desirable Skills:
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Familiarity with purchasing policies and fair payment practices
* Understanding of contract administration in Scotland
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency
