We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people, who are committed to working with children. Candidates must be dedicated, enthusiastic, patient and caring, in order to help our scholars to achieve their full potential.
We welcome applications from excellent Pastoral Leaders who have experience in supporting children in a secondary school environment. We are looking for committed, team players with the energy and drive to make a real difference. Experience in Safeguarding, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid and Resilience training would be an advantage. The ideal candidate would have experience of referring to, and working alongside outside agencies in order to support children and their families.
As a member of our faculty team, you will play a key role in establishing our expectations and ethos, alongside our Senior Pastoral Leader. We are dedicated to continuous professional development in all areas, and will ensure that you receive high quality and effective training in order to support you in your role.
The successful candidate will be expected to play a full part in our Family Dining, sharing lunch with our wonderful children every day. All employees of the school are expected to contribute to the wider life of the school community and candidates should be mindful of this when applying for the position.
A good level of written and verbal communication is essential and will be assessed at interview.
