Spring clean your career with Sodexo!What you'll do:Supervise daily operations of the GMP cleaning team, ensuring all areas meet required standards.Plan, schedule, and adjust team activities, covering absenteeism or holidays.Conduct daily/weekly team meetings, performance appraisals, and maintain training records.Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and stock levels; ensure safe and efficient use.Maintain compliance with GMP, health & safety, fire, COSHH, and client-specific regulations.Document tasks, incidents, and safety metrics; report issues promptly.Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff to foster a positive and productive environment.Ensure client site is always audit-ready and maintains the highest cleanliness standards.What you'll bring:Experience in the pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.High attention to detail with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.Ability to motivate, empower, and develop team members.Skilled at problem-solving, decision-making, and maintaining compliance standards.KPI and report-driven with experience managing performance metrics.Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional serviceWhy Sodexo?:Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.Belong in a company and team that values you for you.
