Must be skilled in supervising/managing a team in a busy school kitchen.
Confident in preparing 300+ meal per day with excellent customer service skills
Must have proven knowledge of all legislation and hygiene procedures.
Must hold Food Hygiene level 2and 3
Working 8am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday 6.5 hours per day...
