Shifts are Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. This is a permanent position based at the company's Dungannon office, offering growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
* Manage sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials and plant across the UK and Ireland, collaborating with the Procurement Manager and buying team.
* Ensure procurement processes are managed and approved, focusing on delivery, cost, and quality.
* Assess and gather information to produce comprehensive enquiry packages aligned with project timelines.
* Compare quotations against budgets and issue purchase orders for the most advantageous options.
* Approve supplier invoices for payments.
* Develop market knowledge, identify potential suppliers and subcontractors, and explore value engineering opportunities.
* Assist the Commercial department with tendering and post-tender inquiries.
* Support site teams with material take-offs and supplier information during construction.
The Ideal Person
* Third-level qualification related to building materials, products, and suppliers.
* At least 2 years proven experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist within the construction industry.
