About the Role
Nicholas Associates has an exciting opportunity for an Aftersales & Support Manager. This key role is responsible for managing all aftersales operations. You will collaborate with both the Sales and Operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for all Return Material Authorisation (RMA) activities
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
* Manage warranty claims, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
* Oversee support and service contracts to boost recurring revenue and customer retention
* Control inventory, including customer-owned stock and returned materials
* Achieve high performance against business objectives and service standards
* Administer all RMA processes in line with company procedures
* Prepare reports on aftersales activities, customer satisfaction, and service performance
* Monitor and analyze aftersales metrics to identify improvement areas
* Continuously improve aftersales policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
* Experience in returns management, account management, supply chain, or logistics
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administrative and planning capabilities
* Proven project management skills
* Influencing skills and ability to work across different business levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Proactive, logical, and solution-focused approach
