Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley is seeking a Business Manager to join the team, representing one of the world’s most respected premium motorcycle brands.

Responsibilities
* Support the Sales team by building and presenting tailored finance and insurance solutions following qualification.
* Ensure full compliance with all financial and insurance regulations while delivering a professional, transparent and customer-focused experience that reflects the BMW Motorrad brand.
* Support the delivery of the Group’s controlled ActiveSales process and help drive departmental performance through daily sales activity and direct customer interaction. The role is heavily customer-facing, involving both first and second-facing activity.
* Work closely with Sales Executives to support the sale of new and used BMW Motorrad motorcycles alongside add-on products including finance solutions, extended warranties, paint protection, GAP insurance and other insurance products.
* Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and brand standards.
* Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure, excel at relationship building, negotiate effectively, possess excellent communication skills, and use initiative. A full and valid UK Driving Licence is required.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a business or sales management role, ideally within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
* A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
