About Avenue House Nursing and Care Home
Avenue House is located just outside Rushden. The modern regency architecture provides a homely feel while offering personal, nursing and dementia care for 48 residents.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide highest level of care, supporting residents in daily living, personal care, and activities such as washing, dressing and eating
* Promote resident independence, choice, dignity and respect, and physical and emotional wellbeing
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard; maintain 90%+ success in monthly audits
* Stay 100% current with all mandatory training throughout the year
Role Requirements
* Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification
* Clear motivation and/or relevant experience
* Reside within 30 minutes of the care home
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Care‑giving and nurturing attitude
* Positive and enthusiastic mindset
* Strong time‑management and organisational skills
