Join our Facilities Team in Leeds as an Administration Assistant to play a key role in delivering high quality, efficient administrative support to our office. The role will be varied and fully office based.
What will I be doing
* Providing general administrative support including photocopying, scanning, binding and document management.
* Handling post and court deliveries.
* Supporting the Client Experience team in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors to the firm.
* Assisting departments and fee earners as required.
* Maintaining office meeting rooms to a high standard, including the replenishment of stationery and refreshments.
* Ensuring client and visitor confidentiality at all times.
You'll have
* Great customer service skills and a client care focus.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills. You'll be proactive and able to work using your own initiative.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and other IT packages.
* Previous experience working within a similar role.
* Previous experience working within a Professional Services or Legal environment would be advantageous but not essential.
