Triangle Recruitment, working in partnership with Ibstock Concrete Division, are looking to recruit couple of Mixer/Side loader Driver for manufacturing facility producing concrete floor beams. The role of the Mixer/Side loader Driver is to ensure the factory unit is run effectively and efficiently to use all time wisely, work efficiently, and work effectively. Working hours:Start from *5am Monday to Friday (No PUBLIC TRANSPORT AVAILABLE ). Overtime is available at Premium Rates and a Quarterly Bonus Scheme is included, although flexibility will be required. Immediate starts available for suitable candidates. The role does involve Manual Handling, involving the use of Mixer/Side loader truck. Full Training and daily team briefs will be given to all. Previous Mixer/Side loader Driver experience is essential
Starting salary is £13.44 rising to £15.55
Duties Include :-
1. Safely operate the concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete
2. Plan delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and minimize travel time.
3. Load and unload materials following company and safety procedures.
4. Check the concrete mix consistency.
5. Adjust the mix or add water/chemicals as needed according to specifications.
6. Ensure the concrete remains within proper slump and temperature ranges during transport.
