Blue Legal have partnered with an award-winning national law firm who are currently recruiting for a Business Development & Marketing assistant to join their team based in London. The successful candidate will work closely with the business development team and provide support to the Marketing and BD activity of the firm. The firm are well-known in the market for offering development opportunities and for having an outstanding working culture and flexibility. This role would suit a graduate, with at least a years’ experience in a similar role.
The Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful execution of events.
* Assist in marketing communication projects such as updating brochures, team sheets, newsletters, website content, email updates, and submissions for industry awards.
* Partner with the marketing team, BD teams to manage web content and social media posts, including proofreading content before it is uploaded and ensuring static content is regularly updated.
* Support the BD team and lawyers in managing client development for both existing clients and new opportunities. This includes providing research, analysis, fee information, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
* Generate reports and collect data to help measure and track the success of campaigns and initiatives.
The Candidate:
* Degree or equivalent education preferred, but not essential.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Proactive attitude with high commitment and enthusiasm for managing projects and administrative tasks.
* Comfortable taking project briefs and seeking clarification when needed.
* Previous marketing experience, especially in a professional services environment, is advantageous.
