I am working on a rare opportunity to become General Manager of a Domiciliary Care service in Leeds. They’re looking for a very experienced and business minded individual to spearhead the growth of their business. This company has plans to offer a Residential Care service in the future.
What’s on offer:
1. £45,000-£50,000.
2. 36 days annual leave (28 + bank holidays).
3. 5% profit share.
Registered General Care Manager Responsibilities:
4. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
5. To continually work on growing the business.
6. To maintain and build relationships with local commissioners.
7. To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
8. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Registered General Care Manager Requirements:
9. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in Home Care or a Residential Care Home.
10. Must have achieved a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
11. Must have a UK Driving Licence.
