Front of House Assistant Manager – Brand New Business Centre Bournemouth, Dorset (Westbourne) DOE Excellent Benefits Career Progression Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based Brand New Flagship Opening An exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House Assistant Manager to join a brand-new premium serviced office centre in Westbourne, Bournemouth. This is a launch-stage role within a flagship business centre, offering the chance to help shape a high-end, professional environment from day one. We are seeking a mature, polished and service-driven professional from a hospitality, hotel, corporate reception, retail management or client services background, ready to move into a structured and progressive business environment. The Role As Front of House Assistant Manager, you will deliver a premium client-facing experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy business centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will combine front of house, customer service, office operations, facilities support and administration in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities * Act as first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers * Deliver exceptional front of house and customer service * Manage meeting rooms, bookings and client requests * Maintain reception and communal areas to a “show ready” standard * Support post, deliveries and general office coordination * Assist with facilities, maintenance and Health & Safety compliance * Support client onboarding, moves and occupancy changes * Maintain CRM records and operational reporting * Support client engagement and workplace events About You * 1 years’ experience in front of house, hospitality, hotel, or corporate reception * Experience in a high-end customer-facing environment * Strong communication and professional presentation * Highly organised with strong attention to detail * Able to multitask in a busy, client-focused role * IT literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) * Proactive, reliable and hands-on approach Ideal Background * Front of House Supervisor / Manager * Hotel Reception Supervisor * Hospitality Assistant Manager * Premium Retail Supervisor / Assistant Manager * Corporate Receptionist * Workplace / Office Coordinator * Serviced Office / Facilities Coordinator Why Apply? * Brand new flagship office opening in Bournemouth * Genuine opportunity to shape the centre from launch * Clear progression to Centre Manager level * Premium, professional working environment * Strong benefits and long-term career development * Varied, people-focused Assistant Manager role
