Your new role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping thepany’s digital presence and driving user engagement across the platform. This is a broad, hands‑on role with a blend of campaign management, optimisation, and content creation.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns across social, web, and email
2. Supporting performance marketing activity to drive traffic and conversions
3. Managing content across digital channels to support brand consistency
4. Using analytics to track user behaviour and optimise engagement
5. Contributing to website improvements, SEO initiatives, and on‑platform content strategy
6. Working with internal teams to support product launches and promotional activity
7. Managing relationships with external agencies where needed
What you'll need to succeed
8. Experience operating at Digital Marketing Manager level within a high‑growth tech, SaaS, or digital servicespany (this is essential)
9. Demonstrable success driving traffic, conversions, and user engagement in digital product environments
10. Hands‑on experience across performance marketing, content, and digital optimisation
11. Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO, analytics platforms, and paid media channels
12. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to influence strategy
13. Confident managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
14. Creative, proactive, andfortable with change and innovation.
