Responsibilities
As Area Manager you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region.
* Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities arise.
* Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the service compliance metrics are met and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer central to everything.
* Demonstrate leadership to your team of Managers ensuring they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
Qualities / Qualifications
* As an adept networker you will be able to demonstrate how you have engaged multiple stakeholders to ensure corporate goals are achieved.
* You will have a demonstrable track record in an Area Manager level position – experience of managing a team within one of the aforementioned sectors.
* With leadership style that is inspirational, you will be a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
