CNC Miller
Southend-on-Sea
Up to £38,000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist looking to work with high-precision components in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Setting and operating 3 and 4 axis CNC milling machines using Fanuc controls
* Making programme amendments where required
* Manufacturing high-precision components to tight tolerances
* Machining a variety of materials including tufnol, titaniums, and steels
* Producing components such as bushes, bolts, and other precision-engineered parts
* Ensuring all work is completed to high quality standards
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience setting CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls
* Experience using both 3 and 4 axis mills
* Ability to make programme amendments independently
* Strong background machining high-precision components
* Experience working to tight tolerances with a range of materials
Desirable:
* Offline or online programming experience (not essential)
