Our purpose-built, premium care home in the coastal town of Fife offers accommodation for 68 residents and provides outstanding Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care.
We are now seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Whether you are experienced in care homes or looking to bring your nursing skills into a new setting, this is an opportunity to make a real difference every single day.

What You Will Do
As a Registered Nurse at Dalgety Bay, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to create tailored care plans that reflect each resident’s individual needs. You will lead your team with confidence, guide them through handovers, and ensure every shift runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include administering medications safely, monitoring residents’ health, maintaining accurate documentation, and responding promptly to any changes in wellbeing.
Beyond clinical duties, you will build strong relationships with residents and their families, offering reassurance, respect, and dignity in every interaction. You will help create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where residents can thrive and staff feel empowered to give their best.
What We’re Looking For
* Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* A calm, kind, and confident approach
* Passion for delivering exceptional standards of care
