Senior Account Executive – DACH (German Speaking)


💰 £70k–£80k base + double OTE

This is a standout opportunity to join a hyper-scaling SaaS business operating at the forefront of ESG, sustainability, and regulatory compliance with strong momentum and growing demand across DACH.


You’ll take ownership of a well-defined and developing region, building on existing traction while continuing to expand market presence. The product sits at the intersection of regulation, environmental responsibility, and commercial risk, making it highly relevant and in increasing demand.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Owning the full sales cycle across DACH
* Managing and developing a growing pipeline with existing market traction
* Closing high-volume SaaS deals (£20k–£30k ACV)
* Selling into ESG, compliance, procurement, and C-suite stakeholders
* Expanding territory presence through targeted outbound and relationship building


What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
* Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
* Confidence operating in a transactional, high-activity sales environment
* Fluent German – able to conduct business confidently across the DACH region
* Strong English communication skills
* Ability to manage pipeline efficiently and close at pace
