What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours Per Week - Shifts: 07:00 - 14:00 / 16:00 - 22:00
* Supporting Clients to continue living in their home.
* Provide person centred care
* Assist with Personal Care (washing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, support with moving and repositioning)
* Supporting them with their medication
* Shopping, mealtimes and housework, attending hospital appointments
Am I the right person for this Care Assistant job?
* Must hold a driving licence and be eligible to drive in the UK/International licence
* Experience in Social Care is not needed, full training would be provided
* Friendly, professional and empathetic
* Resilient as some days will be demanding
* Willing to learn new skills such as using technology
* Ability to be a team player
