An exciting opportunity has become available to join Ideal Health’s team as a Business Development Representative:
Role
This is a business development role working alongside our Regional Account Managers, in mapping potential organisations that we could support, contacting them through email, phone and business-oriented social media to discuss how we could support them as well as arranging meetings with our Regional Account Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
Responsibilities
* Research the market for areas of opportunity and organisations that we can support
* Identify and contact key stakeholders within those organisations to discuss their specific requirements
* Tailor effective emails that highlight how we can deliver benefits and support clients with their specific projects
* Identify tactical opportunities to support these clients
* Set up meetings with stakeholders to discuss their requirements and propose solutions
* Ensure effective follow up on all customer appointments
* Maintain on-going regular contact with potential clients
Skills
* Previous business development and client liaison experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships over the phone
* Self-motivated and strong work ethic
* Confident and professional approach
* Ideally with experience selling professional services such as consulting, managed services or resources
* A highly proactive and “can-do” attitude
* A background in recruitment would be advantageous

The role is based at our office in Guildford.
