Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with a background in care or healthcare administration. This role is central to the smooth running of our services, ensuring that our care teams are well supported, records are accurately maintained, and clients receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support the care team and management
* Maintain accurate client and staff records in line with regulatory requirements
* Handle correspondence, phone calls, and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
* Assist with rota coordination, scheduling, and staff documentation
* Support recruitment processes, onboarding, and training administration
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards through effective record-keeping and reporting
* Provide general office support including filing, data entry, and document preparation

Requirements
* Previous experience in office administration, ideally within the care or healthcare sector
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, and scheduling systems)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
* Knowledge of CQC compliance and care industry processes desirable
