Job Description:
A new and captivating opportunity supporting the Finance Operations Department has arisen here at AXA UK. As an Administration Support Team Member, you’ll provide Finance Operations administration to our customers, work to the agreed standards and measures, and offer operational support on daily banking. You’ll ensure accurate banking is performed across all banking functions within agreed timescales. Our vision for this department is to provide outstanding debt management solutions and customer service. We’re looking for a talented, organized individual to support this vision and grow within a business that promotes personal development.
At AXA, we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office. You’ll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at our Bolton office.
What you’ll be doing:
* Ensure all post is prepared, batched, and sent to AXA Global Business Services within pre-defined timescales.
* Perform daily banking processes, following Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCIDSS) guidelines.
* Handle inbound calls and process card payments.
* Support processes like letter fulfillment, Debt Recovery, Contract Management, and Instalment Admin within agreed timeframes.
* Manage storage and archiving for Finance Operations.
* Ensure all work requests are processed and delivered to specifications within timescales.
* Collaborate with Finance Operations teams on ad hoc tasks.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
* Contribute to Finance Operations priorities through personal actions.

What we’re looking for:
* GCSE qualifications in English and Mathematics (grades 1-9).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.

* Attention to detail and effective workload management skills.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
Must be eligible and authorized to work in the UK.
