You will be a key player throughout the project lifecycle from initial site survey to final handover, ensuring every detail aligns with our commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
* End to End Delivery: Lead the planning, procurement and logistics of high end commercial interior projects.
* Strategic Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for clients, contractors and internal teams.
* Onsite Leadership: Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring programme, safety, and cost expectations are met.
* Compliance: Manage health & safety documentation and ensure strict adherence to building regulations.
* Continuous Growth: Contribute to project reviews to drive internal innovation and process improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience managing commercial build or construction projects.
* Strong ability to interpret drawings and manage complex project programming.
* Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to lead diverse teams under pressure.
* Deep understanding of site coordination and UK H&S standards.
* A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
