Relief Midday Supervisor

Variable hours, Casual contract

Scale 1: £ £12.85 per hour

Starting: As Soon As Possible

Blidworth Oaks, Lake View and Heathlands Primary Schools are looking to recruit a Midday Supervisory Assistant to join their friendly staff team. This role will be on a casual basis to cover absences.

* Required to start as soon as possible
* Working hours will be as required between Monday - Friday 11:45am - 1:30pm (1.75 hours per shift worked)
* Patient, organised person needed for lunchtime supervision at our friendly schools

The role involves supervising the children at lunch, ensuring they eat well and that their eating area is kept clean and tidy as well as supervising and supporting the children. Outdoors, the role involves supervising the children within our grounds and encouraging them to play appropriate games, as well as other related duties.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with young children, is motivated, well-organised, hard-working and has good behaviour management skills and be willing to undergo any training that is required.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
