Your New Role
Working as part of a small, close-knit finance team, this role will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of a high volume of purchase invoices.This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and has strong attention to detail.
As Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Processing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
Matching, batching and coding invoices
Resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Reconciling supplier statements
Managing payment runs
Assisting with month-end processes
Maintaining accurate records within the finance system
What You'll Need to Succeed
Previous experience in a high-volume purchase ledger role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
Excellent communication skills
Experience using COINS software would be highly advantageous.
Confident working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
