Join Our Team as a Casual Support Worker
Location: Birchington, Kent
Salary: £12.18 per hour
Hours: Zero hours, flexible shifts between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, including 14-hour long days, Monday to Sunday
Contract: Casual contract
Driving Requirement: A full UK manual driving license is essential
Right To Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer skilled worker visas.
Essential Criteria: Exposure to at least two of the following areas:
* Acute Treatment Units and Mental Health
* Physical Behaviours that Challenge
* Trauma Informed Care
* Autism and Learning Disabilities
* Positive Behaviour Support
* Resilience
About You: Do you enjoy making a difference? Are you calm, caring, resilient, and proactive? If you hold a manual UK driving license and are comfortable driving different vehicles, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing: As a Positive Behaviour Casual Support Worker, you'll support individuals in various aspects of daily life, including personal care, building relationships, encouraging independence, supporting social activities, and ensuring respect and dignity.
Supporting Me: Experience supporting individuals with autism, mild intellectual disabilities, and complex health needs is advantageous. I seek calm, resilient support workers with a good sense of humor to help me lead an active and fulfilling life, supporting my interests and managing challenging behaviors.
