Customer Relations Executive
(Part of the DCW business)
As a Customer Relations Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, strong retention, and continuous improvement in net margin. Reporting to a Customer Relations Manager, you’ll work closely with customers and internal operational teams to deliver outstanding service.
Location: Exeter - Greendale Business Park (office based)
Salary: £32,291 – £41,172 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Full time

What you’ll be doing
1. Managing and developing an existing customer portfolio while supporting the onboarding of new customers
2. Building strong, trusted relationships with customers and maintaining effective links with operational partners
3. Focusing on customer retention and actively managing churn levels
4. Ensuring new customers are onboarded professionally, with smooth and effective implementation
5. Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and positively

6. Experience in customer service, account management, or a customer-facing role
7. You will have experience in customer retention
8. Confident negotiator with a customer-focused mindset
9. A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
