Salary - £20,000 £25,000, OTE up to £50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm with day off in lieu (5 day working week)

Key Responsibilities:
Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicants motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
Assessing buyers financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors. Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
Key Skills and Experience:
Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
A strong work ethic.
Proven customer service skills.
Excellent time management.
Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
Enthusiasm and drive.
Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
Flexible with the ability to adapt to change
