About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students in the classroom. You will provide practical assistance with learning, behaviour management, and personalised interventions to help every student reach their potential. Responsibilities: Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and learning activities. Assist students with their academic and social development. Implement personalised strategies to meet individual student needs. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and record student progress, reporting to teachers as required. Support students with additional needs, including SEN or behavioural challenges. Encourage independence, engagement, and confidence in learning. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is preferred. Understanding of SEN, SEMH, or other additional needs is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different learning needs and classroom dynamics. Patient, compassionate, and committed to student development.
