Partnered with a global Microsoft Security Solutions Partner and MISA Awards Finalist to build their Security Business Development and Account Management team. They are a Microsoft-first security business, also selling wider vendor services, and are part of the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA).
Seeking motivated security sales professionals with experience in managed security and/or professional services consulting, who can leverage tools and credibility to succeed in a Microsoft Security environment.
Requirements include experience selling MXDR and security consulting services, a track record as a motivated new logo seller, and the ability to work with a team providing presales, consulting, and customer-specific products.
Managed Security Services include:
* Managed XDR
Professional Services/Consulting include:
* Cloud Security, Defender for Cloud/Entra/Intune
* Purview Compliance/Data Governance
* Security Copilot
Responsibilities:
* Grow business within new accounts.
* Build relationships with clients and vendors, including Microsoft.
* Create and manage sales pipeline across security services and consulting.
* Maintain contact with existing clients.
* Track key metrics.
* Understand customer security postures and identify solutions.
* Advise customers on security services and solutions based on expert knowledge.
Key Experience:
* Full sales cycle experience, including deal closing.
* Experience with Microsoft Managed and/or Professional Security Services.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Security stack and other vendor licensing models.
* Experience discussing solutions with customers.
* Proven sales success in security services.
* Experience selling MXDR/MDR services into new customers.
* Interest in Microsoft and wider security vendor services.
