Project Coordinator required by industry leading engineering company, based in Gloucester.
The successful Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective planning, supplier coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation and purchasing processes.
Main Duties Project Coordinator
Raise and manage purchase orders in line with project requirements
Support planning and coordination across multiple ongoing projects
Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Act as the point of contact for queries relating to documentation and paperwork
Work closely with project leads to ensure smooth execution of project activities
Analyse project and purchasing data using Excel (including pivot tables)
Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project-related purchasing activities
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Project Coordinator
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles
Strong understanding of the complexities involved in project-based environments
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis
Experience raising and managing purchase orders
Proven ability to coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders
The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
Excellent communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload,
