The role
Our client is looking for a highly motivated, experienced admin to join their Sheffield-based team as a Service Improvement Administrator.
As Service Improvement Administrator, you will support the administrative function of the business by carrying out the required tasks to ensure the day-to-day running of the department functions efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Oversight of Radar complication submissionsMonthly clinical reportingOnboarding of new cliniciansPracticing privileges (PP’s) at hospitals for cliniciansProducing Consultant appraisal informationPreparation of specialty audit meetings and MDTsPreparation of monthly spinal fusion MDT’sPreparation of Senior Management Team (SMT) meetingsCarry out regular auditsCollection of annual outcome data (via Audit meetings)British Spine Registry (BSR) input and monthly reportsPatient satisfaction data/patient reviewsManagement of Facebook groupsObtaining marketing information for newly onboarded clinicians for the websiteChaperone cover arrangement for clinicsAnnual declaration formsCollection of NICE guidelines and Safety AlertsProcessing of Subject Access Requests (SARs)Arranging mandatory training for employed surgeonsTo provide cross-cover to the wider department to ensure deadlines are metTo carry out any ad hoc duties as required by management
